Christopher Senegal From Port Arthur, TX
Chris started his professional path working for the railroad in Engineering, Operations and later Business Development. He began real estate investing in 2008. By 2015 he was able to walk away from the corporate world to build his real estate portfolio full time.
He is now a real estate developer in Houston, TX building 14 townhomes in the revitalizing historically black neighbourhood known as 5th Ward. He focused on motivating successful black working professionals to move back into the neighbourhood from the suburbs.
In addition to the new construction, Chris owns a rental property portfolio of 18 houses and 2 commercial buildings in the same neighbourhood. He allowed people to invest in a crowdfund where every investor also gets to own a piece of the real estate.
