Imani Hakim was born in 1993 and got the role as the little sister named Tonya Rock on “Everybody Hates Chris.” She studied acting at Karamu House Theater in Cleveland, Ohio and at The Young Actor’s Space in Burbank, CA. Hakim is now 26 years old and was the star of a Lifetime Original movie about the Olympic gold medalist Gabrielle Douglas. AV Club noted that Gabby Douglas performed the stunts in the movie!
