The video shows an officer putting zip ties on the child’s wrists with her arms behind her back as the girls ask the officer “What are those for?” and then cries with fear saying “Don’t put handcuffs on” and “Help me, help me, please help me.”

She is then seen outside and she pleads “Please let me go” and “I don’t want to go in the police car.”

The girls’ grandmother told local media in Florida that her granddaughter suffers from a sleep disorder and that her family was working to resolve this, and this is one of the main reasons why she was ex[experiencing some behavioral issues.

After the police officer put the girl in the car he then went back into the school where there was an employee seen wiping away her tears.

They then ask the officer “Are the restraints, are they necessary?” he replies “And if she was bigger, she would’ve been wearing regular handcuffs.”
