"When they put the tape on my mouth I just felt, I felt so humiliated," Williams told WJW.

Ohia judge ordered a defendant’s mouth to be taped during a courtroom hearing and it was caught on video when the officer duct-taped him so he can be silenced

the judge in Cleveland, Ohio ordered Franklyn Williams, 32, to remain silent during his sentencing hearing.

The judge says “Mr. Williams,” Russo says on the video, “I’m the judge in the matter. Shut your mouth and I will tell you when you can talk. You got it?”

Williams commented after saying “When they put the tape on my mouth I just felt, I felt so humiliated,”

Williams also said to the judge “You are trying to take my life, and you are not letting me tell you what’s going on,” Williams says on the video.
