New York City city paid out $125,000 Friday to the girlfriend of Delrawn Small, a Brooklyn man shot to death by NYPD officer Wayne Isaacs in 2016, a spokesman for the city Law Department said.

The suit was filed in 2017 by Small’s girlfriend, Zaquanna Albert, who is also the mother of his son.

Albert, the couple’s son and another child were in a car with Small just before he was shot early on July 4, 2016 on Atlantic Ave. near Bradford St. in East New York.

Isaacs cut off Small on the street, the suit said.

Small, 37, got out of the car and approached Isaac’s car at the intersection.

That’s when Isaacs shot Small three times and killed him, thinking he was someone Isaacs had arrested in the past, the suit says.Isaacs — who was prosecuted by the state attorney general’s office and indicted by a Brooklyn grand jury — was cleared of murder and manslaughter charges at trial in Brooklyn Supreme Court. He remains an active NYPD officer.
