Patrick Clark, 33, had been in jail since Dec. 1, when he was arrested and charged in connection with the fatal shooting of Kirsnick Khari Bell — of the famed Atlanta-based rap trio. Lawyers for the self-employed DJ and exotic dancer promoter last week asked the judge to lower his bail, citing testimony from a bail bondsman that he and most others in his industry are unable to afford the risk.
