The amazing rapper/actor Queen Latifah is going to build a 14 million house complete in her own native Newark.
She plans to build around 20 three-family townhomes and 60 units and a three-story mixed-use building, which has around 16 units in Springfield Avenue.
The projects also include a fitness centre and 19,000 square feet of retail space that could be rented to non-profits.
