Turns out, Delta had an amazing year financially and decided to pay $1.6 billion in profit sharing bonuses to all of its employees. Every eligible employee will receive a check in February for 16.6% of their annual salary.

Union or not, Full-time or part-time, employee’s can expect to receive checks.

“Delta would be nothing without our 90,000 people. They deserve all the credit.” Delta CEO Ed Bastian stated.

How cool is that?
